Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep the 4 bags of chamomile tea. (note: we are making the tea double strength, because we are adding milk)Mash your bananas up, to your liking. If you don't mind little banana pieces, then use a fork. If you want it smooth, push it through a strainer. Place 1/4 of the banana in a cup. Pour in some milk, to taste, and top off with chamomile tea, stir together and drink. And then go to bed!
